Return and Exchange Policy
How do I return an item?
Return and exchange policies are for web orders only. In store policies may differ slightly.
All returned merchandise must be in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation.
Return period:
30 days - Except as listed below.
No returns on:
- Educational tapes and books once opened.
- Blister-packed items once opened.
- Original manufacturer computers, computer products, software once opened.
- Special Order merchandise.
- All consumables, including but not limited to recordable media CD/DVDs, etc.
To return an item you must contact Customer Service for prior approval and obtain an RMA number.
All merchandise purchased from Judaica Plaza is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor. Therefore it can be returned only if in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation.
Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton.
Order Cancelation Policy

Any unused merchandise in its original packaging that is returned with receipt within 30 days of purchase will be refunded in the original form of payment.
Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or manufacturer's equivalent model only.
If any of the above conditions are not met, Judaica Plaza reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restock fee of not less than 15%, at our sole discretion.
Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged / missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise.
Refunds on returned items which were paid for by credit card, PayPal or Bill Me Later® will only be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase. Refunds on returned items which were paid for by check will only be made by check after a 10-day waiting period.
The Judaica Plaza Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise only and is not transferable. It may not be redeemed for cash. Will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
